We encourage you to submit a video diary of your relationship story. Simply record yourself on your webcam, and send an email to the address below letting us know that you’d like submission instructions.
Terms of Submission:
By submitting your video you hereby grant to Makin’ Movies Inc. and its subsidiaries, co-producers, licensees and assigns (collectively the “Producers”) all respective rights, title and interest in and to the submitted video and its contents (the “Materials”), including all applicable copyrights and the right to display the likeness, voice and image of the individuals recorded therein, for use in the documentary production “Edges of Love” (the “Production”) and in any related advertising or promotional materials or ancillary products relating thereto, all of which may be exploited and distributed in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity. You further agree that the Producers shall have the right to use, edit, and exploit all elements of the Materials, in whole or in party, in perpetuity, without any restrictions or conditions whatsoever, and without the Producers having any obligation to compensate you for such use. You further acknowledge that you waive all moral rights in and to the use by the Producers of the Materials. In no event shall you be entitled for any reason whatsoever to enjoin, restrain or interfere with the distribution and/or exhibition and/or exploitation of the Production or its advertising or publicity. You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the Materials and have the authority to grant the rights herein granted, that the consent of no other person or entity is required to effectuate such grant, and that use of the Materials will not defame, or violate or infringe upon the trademark, trade name, copyright, artistic, privacy and/or other rights of any third parties.
